Conditions générales — Application Restaurant

1. App description

The App is intended for restaurants and commercial partners and allows them to view, manage and administer orders received through the Great Food ecosystem. The App does not process payments and is not intended for end consumers.

Main features include:

• Viewing orders received in real time.
• Managing order status (acceptance, preparation, completion).
• Managing the menu, products and their availability.
• Receiving push notifications for new orders.

2. User account

Access to the App requires an account provided by Great Food or the partner operating the local platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

You must immediately notify us at apps@greatfood.ro in case of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach.

3. User obligations

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide correct and current information about the restaurant (name, address, schedule, menu).
• Manage orders promptly and keep their status up to date.
• Not use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of these conditions.
• Not attempt to access, modify or disrupt the operation of Great Food systems.

4. Delivery and operations

Great Food provides the technology and software infrastructure. Responsibility for actual order delivery, including product quality, preparation times and the relationship with the end customer, lies with the restaurant or the partner operating the local platform, as configured.

The cancellation, return and refund policy is set by each restaurant or partner operating the platform, not by Great Food.

5. Intellectual property

The App, including source code, design, interface, features and related documentation, is the exclusive property of Great Food Labs S.R.L. Using the App does not confer any intellectual property rights.

Copying, modifying, distributing, decompiling or reverse engineering the App or any part of it is prohibited.

6. Availability and maintenance

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the continuous operation of the App, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The App may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates or technical reasons beyond our control.

We are not liable for losses or damages caused by temporary App unavailability.

7. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is." Great Food is not liable for:

• Revenue or order losses caused by technical errors or App unavailability.
• Business decisions made based on information from the App.
• Disputes between the restaurant and end customers or couriers.
• Damages caused by improper use of the App or non-compliance with these conditions.

Great Food's liability, to the extent permitted by law, is limited to the value of services contracted in the last 3 months prior to the event.

8. Suspension and termination of access

Great Food may suspend or terminate access to the App in case of violation of these conditions, at the request of the partner operating the platform or for security reasons. Upon termination, confidentiality obligations and intellectual property provisions remain in effect.

9. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these conditions. Significant changes will be communicated through the App or by email. Continued use of the App after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

10. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts at the registered office of Great Food Labs S.R.L., Ilfov county.
