1. App description

The App is intended for persons performing deliveries within the Great Food ecosystem and allows them to:

• Receive and accept delivery orders.
• Transmit real-time location to the platform for delivery coordination.
• View delivery history and activity reports.

2. Eligibility

To use the App, you must be at least 18 years old. By creating an account and using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

Access to the App is conditional on an agreement with the restaurant, local partner or platform operator managing deliveries. Great Food does not establish the contractual relationship between you and the local operator.

3. User account

The account is provided by the partner or restaurant you collaborate with. You are responsible for the security of your authentication credentials and for all actions performed through your account. Do not transfer or share account access with others.

4. User obligations

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide correct and current information at registration and during use.
• Handle delivery orders promptly and responsibly.
• Keep the location function active during deliveries, as required by the platform.
• Comply with applicable legislation, including traffic rules and food safety standards.
• Not use the App for illegal purposes or in violation of these conditions.

5. Location data

The App collects and transmits your real-time location during active use, to enable delivery coordination and inform customers about order status. Full details about location data processing are available in the Courier App Privacy Policy.

You can disable location services from your device settings, but this may affect your ability to receive and perform deliveries.

6. Great Food's role

Great Food develops and provides the technology — the mobile app and related software infrastructure. Great Food is not the employer, agent or contractual partner of couriers and assumes no responsibility for:

• The contractual relationship between couriers and the local operator (restaurant or partner).
• Compensation, work schedule or working conditions of couriers.
• Accidents, damages or injuries occurring during deliveries.
• The quality, integrity or compliance of delivered products.

7. Intellectual property

The App, including source code, design, interface and features, is the exclusive property of Great Food Labs S.R.L. Using the App confers no intellectual property rights. Copying, modifying, distributing, decompiling or reverse engineering the App is prohibited.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is." Great Food does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and is not liable for:

• Losses or damages caused by temporary App unavailability.
• Geolocation or data communication errors.
• Decisions made based on information from the App.
• Damages resulting from relationships between couriers and third parties (customers, restaurants, local operators).

9. Suspension and termination of access

Access to the App may be suspended or terminated by Great Food or the local operator in case of violation of these conditions, abusive behavior or upon termination of collaboration with the local operator. Intellectual property and limitation of liability provisions remain in effect after termination.

10. Modification of terms

We reserve the right to modify these conditions. Significant changes will be communicated through the App. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be settled by the competent courts at the registered office of Great Food Labs S.R.L., Ilfov county.
